Mutakamela Insurance Company in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Sales Relationship Manager to drive new business, nurture key client relationships, and support our growth strategy in a dynamic market.

You will provide excellent customer service, collect feedback to improve products and services, prepare daily reports, and collaborate with the line manager to ensure targets are met while upholding our values of professionalism, innovation, and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in corporate sales.
• Good knowledge of insurance principles and KSA insurance market.
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and organizational skills.

• Generate new business from the market and achieve assigned targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
• Provide excellent customer service and collect feedback to enhance products and services.
• Prepare daily reports and support the line manager as required.
