Job summary

Marsh is looking for a Business Development Executive in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to identify and win new clients within our partnership schemes. You will build a solid pipeline, represent Marsh at events, and craft compelling proposals across our insurance solutions.

You will collaborate with in-country specialists, conduct market research, and drive growth with a hybrid work model and a competitive compensation package that includes salary plus commission.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in the Insurance Industry.
• Strong communication skills with a talent for building and closing relationships.
• Energetic, positive attitude and ability to perform well under pressure.
• Ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and build a strong pipeline of new business opportunities within the country through proactive outreach and referrals via partnerships.
• Represent Marsh at industry conferences and events to expand professional network.
• Conduct thorough research and plan customer acquisition strategies.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to increase penetration across multiple solutions.
• Create, negotiate, and close sales proposals covering Marsh full suite of products.
• Assist in preparing due diligence reports and presentations in response to client requests.
• Deliver presentations and provide guidance to senior-level stakeholders.
• Consistently strive to exceed sales performance targets.
• Maintain accurate client interaction records in the CRM system.
• Stay informed on trends in Medical and Non-Medical Insurance Products.
