Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in law is required or equivalent.
- 0–3 years of relevant legal experience, preferably corporate or industrial.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and labor disputes.
Responsibilities
- Handle corporate legal matters, agreements, contracts and documentation.
- Review, draft and negotiate commercial and employment contracts.
- Provide legal advice on Saudi Labor Law and employment disputes.
- Manage labor cases before Saudi authorities and legal bodies.
- Support HR on employment contracts, rights, grievances and compliance.
- Monitor changes in Saudi laws and advise management.
- Ensure policies comply with Saudi regulations.
- Liaise with external lawyers and authorities as needed.
- Maintain organized records of contracts and legal documents.
- Identify legal risks and propose actions to protect the company.
