Petroraq Engineering Co. Ltd. Al Jubail is seeking a qualified Corporate Lawyer & Legal Affairs Specialist to manage and support the company’s corporate legal matters, contracts, compliance, and legal affairs.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and labor-related cases, with the ability to provide practical legal guidance to management and HR. Key responsibilities include handling corporate legal matters, drafting and negotiating contracts, advising on labor law

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in law or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and labor cases/disputes is essential.

Responsibilities

Handle corporate legal matters, agreements, contracts, and legal documentation.
Review, draft, and negotiate commercial and employment contracts.
Provide legal advice on Saudi Labor Law, employment disputes, terminations, disciplinary actions, and employee claims.
Manage and follow up on labor cases before relevant Saudi authorities and legal bodies.
Support HR in matters related to employment contracts, employee rights, grievances, and compliance.
Monitor changes in Saudi laws and regulations and advise management accordingly.
Ensure company policies and procedures comply with applicable Saudi regulations.
Liaise with external lawyers, government authorities, and legal consultants when required.
Maintain organized records of contracts, legal cases, notices, and other legal documents.
Identify legal risks and recommend appropriate actions to protect the company’s interests.
