Job summary

Rawaj - Human Capital Management is seeking a seasoned Legal Specialist to provide internal legal support across commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance in Riyadh. The role focuses on minimizing legal exposure while supporting business growth.

Key responsibilities include negotiating agreements, ensuring compliance with PDPL, NCA, and procurement regulations, and developing contract templates to streamline governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent is required.
• 5-8 years of experience in commercial legal practice.
• Experience in IT/telecom or system integration sectors preferred.
• Ability to communicate legal risks clearly to non-legal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate customer, supplier, and partner contracts.
• Assess liability, indemnity, IP, termination, and data protection clauses.
• Provide internal legal support to CEO, CFO, and CTO on high-value contracts.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Companies Law, PDPL, NCA, and procurement regulations.
• Develop standard contract templates and clause libraries; manage approval workflows.
• Coordinate with external law firms on disputes, regulatory matters, and governance issues.
• Advise management on commercial risk structuring and negotiations.
