Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Arabic (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
• Possess local beauty brand merchant resources in Saudi Arabia; established channels preferred.
• Strong negotiation and resource integration skills; ability to work under pressure.
• Sharp insight into KSA beauty market trends and consumer needs.

Responsibilities

• Merchant resource development & maintenance: identify beauty brand owners and distributors in Saudi Arabia; build long-term cooperative relationships.
• End-to-End business cooperation execution: communicate requirements, develop proposals, negotiate, sign contracts, coordinate with operations.
• Performance optimization: track KPIs like number of merchants and GMV; analyze bottlenecks and adjust strategy.
• Market information feedback: monitor trends, competitor strategies, policy changes; produce analysis reports.
