Job summary

Keyrus Group in Riyadh is seeking a Business Development Executive to establish and grow our presence in Saudi Arabia. You will identify and develop new opportunities across sectors, build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers, and translate client priorities into practical commercial propositions.

You will lead market development, drive pipeline, coordinate proposals and RFPs, and work with regional leadership to shape the go-to-market strategy for Keyrus in the Kingdom.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, or related commercial role.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Fluent in Arabic and English with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across Saudi Arabia.
• Develop and execute the initial business development plan in partnership with regional leadership.
• Qualify and progress opportunities in data, AI, and digital consulting for public and private sectors.
• Coordinate proposals and RFPs with regional and global experts, ensuring strong positioning.
