Job summary

Rua Al Madinah Holding | رؤى المدينة القابضة seeks a Senior SAP SuccessFactors EC/ECP Consultant to lead HR and Payroll transformations in Medina, Saudi Arabia. You will architect hire-to-retire and pay-to-report processes using deep cloud HR knowledge and complex payroll solutions, applying BPMN and structured requirements analysis.

Role requires 4+ years HRIS experience on EC, 2+ years EC-P or HCM Payroll, and EC-ECP integration exposure, with certifications in SF EC/EC-P or HCM Payroll.

Qualifications

• Minimum of +4 years of functional HRIS experience on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central configuration.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) or SAP HCM Payroll implementation and support.
• Proven experience in at least 2 full-lifecycle SuccessFactors EC implementation projects, with direct involvement in the EC-ECP integration.
• Demonstrated ability to use BPMN for HR process modeling and structured requirements analysis techniques.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end HR processes, payroll calculations, and tax reporting.
• Mandatory Certifications (At least one required from each category) SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central; SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll; Or SAP Certified Application Professional - SAP HCM Payroll (or earlier equivalent).

A Senior SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) & Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant is required to lead strategic HR and Payroll transformation initiatives. This role demands an expert who can architect integrated hire-to-retire and pay-to-report processes by leveraging deep functional knowledge of cloud-based core HR and complex payroll solutions. The consultant will apply formal business process modeling (BPMN) and structured requirements analysis to design and implement solutions that optimize the employee experience, ensure payroll accuracy, and maintain strict compliance across global landscapes.
