Job summary

Jasara Program Management Company (Jasara PMC) seeks an SAP EAMS Director to lead asset management systems strategy, governance and data standards across City Operations and AM teams in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on building a trusted asset information source and enabling lifecycle planning.

You will own SAP EAMS design decisions, oversee data migration, cut-over planning and reporting, and collaborate with Digital, Finance and Handover to deliver reliable asset information and lifecycle

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• Master’s degree preferred
• Professional certification in asset management or SAP EAM desirable

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the enterprise asset management systems strategy, roadmap, governance framework and operating model for City AM and City Operations.
• Act as business owner for SAP EAMS design decisions, ensuring system configuration reflects approved AM policies and lifecycle processes.
• Lead data governance, data quality and master data stewardship for asset information and reporting.
• Coordinate cut-over, data migration, acceptance testing and go-live readiness with stakeholders and partners.
• Deliver dashboards, KPIs and reporting outputs to support lifecycle planning and investment decisions.
