Job summary

Jasara Program Management Company seeks an Asset Lifecycle Planning Director to establish a city-wide lifecycle framework, renewal rules and risk-based prioritisation across portfolios in Saudi Arabia.

You will align with ISO 55001, integrate SAP EAMS data, and work with asset leads to balance cost, risk and service outcomes while guiding renewal pipelines and investment planning across City AM.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 15+ years in asset management or lifecycle planning.
Experience leading lifecycle policy development and renewal prioritisation.
Strong background in data integration across condition, risk and cost data.
Proven ability to work with SAP EAMS/CMMS and finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Define city-wide lifecycle planning framework, standards and governance.
Develop renewal rules, intervention thresholds and prioritisation logic.
Integrate condition, risk, cost and performance data for pipelines.
Lead cross-portfolio coordination with City Operations and O&M.
Align lifecycle outputs with SAP EAMS and reporting dashboards.
Champion ISO 55001-aligned asset management across the city.
Provide leadership to ensure timely handover and governance.
