Job summary

Jacobs invites a seasoned Enterprise Asset Management Director to lead SAP EAMS, asset data governance, and the roadmaps for City Asset Management and City Operations in a major Saudi giga project near Riyadh.

You will own SAP EAMS design, data standards, KPI dashboards, change management, and cross‑functional alignment with O&M, Digital, Finance, and governance teams to enable lifecycle planning and investment decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s preferred.
15 years in enterprise asset management, data governance, or facilities management leadership.
Proven SAP EAMS, EAM/PM, and CMMS implementations and migrations.
Strong knowledge of ISO 55000/55001 and asset lifecycle governance.

Responsibilities

Lead asset management systems strategy, governance, and SAP EAMS roadmap across City Asset Management and City Operations.
Act as business owner for SAP EAMS; ensure design, workflows, and reporting align with policy and governance standards.
Oversee SAP EAMS implementation including data migration, integration, and go-live support.
Define enterprise asset data standards, registers, hierarchies, and KPIs for dashboards and reporting.
