Job summary

Jasara Program Management Company (Jasara PMC) seeks an Asset Lifecycle Planning Director to establish a city‑wide lifecycle framework, renewal rules and risk‑based prioritisation. You will integrate condition, risk, cost and performance data to shape lifecycle plans and renewal pipelines across portfolios.

The role ensures one unified AM framework aligned to ISO 55001, balancing cost, risk and service outcomes while coordinating with SAP EAMS and City Operations for data and decision support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Asset Management, Cost and Performance balance, Operations Management, Facilities Management or related discipline.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Professional certification in asset management or SAP EAMS is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Define city‑wide lifecycle planning framework and governance.
• Develop renewal rules, intervention criteria and renewal pipelines.
• Coordinate data integration with SAP EAMS and O&M for decision support.
• Lead cross‑portfolio lifecycle cost modelling and budgeting inputs.
• Ensure lifecycle plans align with ISO 55001 principles and city operations.
