Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking a skilled SAP Ariba Consultant to support and maintain Ariba in a live production environment. You will focus on incident management, user support, and process improvements across the Procure-to-Pay and Source-to-Contract cycles.

The role requires strong functional expertise in SAP Ariba modules, experience with ticketing tools, and the ability to work with SAP ERP/S/4HANA teams to resolve integration issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field.
• 3-8+ years of SAP Ariba experience in support or implementation.
• Strong knowledge of P2P and S2C processes; SAP Ariba modules.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for SAP Ariba modules in production.
• Handle incidents, service requests, and problems via ticketing tools.
• Analyze and resolve issues related to Ariba Buying & Invoicing, Sourcing, and Contracts.
• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and stability.
• Coordinate with SAP ERP/S/4HANA teams for integrations (CIG).
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.
• Assist business users with training and process guidance.
• Maintain documentation (knowledge base, SOPs, issue logs).

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented SAP Ariba Consultant to support and maintain SAP Ariba solutions in a live production environment. The role focuses on incident management, user support, system enhancements, and continuous improvement of procurement processes. The ideal candidate should have strong functional expertise in SAP Ariba modules and experience in handling support tickets within SLA timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for SAP Ariba modules in a production environment
• Handle incident, service request, and problem management through ticketing tools
• Analyze and resolve issues related to:
• Ariba Buying & Invoicing
• Ariba Sourcing
• Ariba Contracts
• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and stability
• Coordinate with technical teams for integration issues (SAP ERP / S/4HANA via CIG)
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures
• Assist business users with training, troubleshooting, and process guidance
• Manage change requests and minor enhancements
• Ensure compliance with SLA/KPI targets
• Maintain proper documentation (knowledge base, SOPs, issue logs)

• Strong knowledge of:

• Source-to-Contract (S2C) processes
• Hands-on experience with:

• Ariba Network
• Experience with SAP integration (CIG, IDoc, APIs)
• Familiarity with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
• Good understanding of SLAs, incident prioritization, and support processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA integration
