Job summary

Barqsystems is seeking a SAP MM / Ariba Procurement, Logistics & Projects Consultant to design, configure, implement, and support SAP procurement, materials management, inventory, and logistics processes in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires 3+ years of experience with SAP MM, SAP Ariba, and strong knowledge of Procure-to-Pay.

A related bachelor's degree is expected, with certification preferred. You'll collaborate across purchasing, finance, and project teams to optimize workflows and data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field is required or equivalent.
• SAP MM and/or SAP Ariba certification is preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in SAP MM, Procurement, Logistics, and/or SAP Ariba.

Responsibilities

• Analyze procurement, logistics, warehouse, inventory, and project-related requirements.
• Configure and support SAP MM processes: PR, RFQ, PO, Contracts, GR, Invoice Verification, Inventory Management, Material Master.
• Configure approval workflows and release strategies; support warehouse movements and inventory control.
• Configure and support SAP Ariba: Sourcing, Contracts, Buying, Procurement; enable SAP Ariba and SAP S/4HANA integration.
• Support supplier qualification, vendor evaluation, and Procure-to-Pay processes.
• Prepare Functional Specifications for required developments and integrations; support data migration.
• Perform Unit & Integration Testing; support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Provide user training and functional support; identify procurement/logistics process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze procurement, logistics, warehouse, inventory, and project-related business requirements.

Configure and support SAP MM processes including:

Purchase Requisition (PR)

Request for Quotation (RFQ)

Purchase Order (PO)

Contracts

Goods Receipt (GR)

Invoice Verification

Inventory Management

Material Master

Configure approval workflows and release strategies.

Support warehouse movements, stock transfers, adjustments, and inventory control.

Configure and support SAP Ariba solutions including:

Sourcing

Contracts

Buying

Procurement

Support integration between SAP Ariba and SAP S/4HANA.

Support supplier qualification and vendor evaluation processes.

Integrate procurement processes with FI/FM and project-related processes.

Support Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.

Prepare Functional Specifications for required developments and integrations.

Support material, supplier, contract, and purchasing data migration.

Perform Unit Testing and Integration Testing.

Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Troubleshoot procurement and inventory-related incidents.

Provide user training and functional support.

Identify opportunities for procurement and logistics process improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Commerce, or related field.

SAP MM and/or SAP Ariba certification is preferred.

Experience

Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in SAP MM, Procurement, Logistics, and/or SAP Ariba.

Good understanding of Procure-to-Pay processes.

SAP Ariba and SAP S/4HANA experience is preferred.
