The successful candidate will support, configure, and optimize our SAP landscape to enable business processes across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and human resources. This role partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders including Finance, Procurement, Operations, and external implementation partners to deliver reliable, auditable, and user-friendly ERP solutions. Strong functional knowledge of SAP modules, pragmatic problem-solving, and clear communication are essential.

Key Responsibilities
SAP System Support & Configuration
  • Provide day-to-day support for SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, HR) including incident resolution, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
  • Configure SAP master data, modules, workflows, authorization roles, and interfaces according to business requirements and best practices.
  • Manage transport requests, system changes, and configuration documentation following established change control procedures.
Project Delivery & Enhancements
  • Participate in ERP implementation, upgrade, and enhancement projects: gather requirements, perform fit/gap analysis, design solutions, and support testing and deployment activities.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and business SMEs to translate process requirements into SAP configuration, custom development requests, or process workarounds.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT), create test scripts, and validate business scenarios to ensure high quality releases.
Integrations, Data & Reporting
  • Coordinate with integration teams to maintain reliable interfaces between SAP and third-party systems, ensuring data consistency and timely processing.
  • Perform data migrations and periodic data cleansing activities; develop and validate data extracts, transforms, and loads as required.
  • Create and maintain operational and financial reports, queries, and dashboards to support business decision-making and regulatory requirements.
Governance, Security & Continuous Improvement
  • Support SAP security administration including role design, segregation of duties analysis, and periodic access reviews to maintain compliance and least-privilege principles.
  • Document solution designs, configuration settings, runbooks, and operational procedures to support knowledge transfer and audit readiness.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve ERP processes, automation, and system performance; recommend and implement practical improvements.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of hands‑on experience supporting or configuring SAP (or comparable ERP systems) in a production environment.
  • Practical knowledge of at least one SAP functional area (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM) and familiarity with core business processes.
  • Experience with SAP configuration, transports, master data management, and basic ABAP awareness for troubleshooting integrations or custom reports.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience using ticketing systems, change control processes, and documenting technical and functional specifications.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to conduct user training and create clear process documentation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • SAP certification in a relevant module (e.g., S/4HANA, FI/CO, MM, SD) or equivalent vendor certification.
  • Experience with S/4HANA migrations, upgrades, or cloud‑hosted SAP landscapes.
  • Familiarity with integration tools and middleware (e.g., SAP PI/PO, CPI, IDoc, APIs) and experience implementing interfaces between ERP and other enterprise systems.
  • Knowledge of segregation of duties tools, audit controls, and experience supporting compliance and internal audit requests.
  • Experience with reporting tools and BI platforms (e.g., SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Experience working in cross‑functional teams and mentoring junior ERP or business analysts.
Work Environment & Compensation
  • Full‑time position with a hybrid onsite/remote work model; occasional travel for system rollouts, vendor meetings, or team offsites may be required.
  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan options, and paid time off.
  • Opportunities for professional development, training support, and career growth within IT and business operations functions.
  • Inclusive and respectful workplace culture that values diversity, equity, and work‑life balance.
