Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a dedicated Manager to lead SAP Application Operations, ensuring high availability and reliability of SAP applications. You will coordinate day-to-day operations, optimize processes, and implement best practices across the SAP landscape.

Responsibilities include incident management, system monitoring, capacity planning, and cross-functional collaboration to meet organizational needs. Knowledge of governance, security, and continuous improvement is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• 5+ years in SAP application management or operations.
• Strong knowledge of SAP applications, tools, and methodologies.
• Experience in incident management and service delivery processes.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• SAP Application Management certification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the SAP Application Operations team, overseeing support processes, incident management, and service requests for SAP applications.
• Ensure optimal performance of SAP systems, managing system monitoring, tuning, and capacity planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective application integration across business units.
• Implement and enforce application governance, ensuring compliance with standards, policies, and security measures.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance application performance and user experience.
• Monitor application performance metrics, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
• Coordinate and support system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
• Develop and maintain documentation of processes, workflows, and system configurations.
• Provide training and support for end-users to maximize SAP applications.
• Stay informed of SAP best practices, trends, and upgrades, evaluating their relevance.
