Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• 5+ years in SAP application management or operations.
• Strong knowledge of SAP applications, tools, and methodologies.
• Experience in incident management and service delivery processes.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• SAP Application Management certification is advantageous.

• Ensure optimal performance of SAP systems, managing system monitoring, tuning, and capacity planning.

• Provide training and support for end-users to maximize SAP applications.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with system monitoring and performance tuning is a plus.
• Certification in SAP Application Management is advantageous.
