Job summary

Rasan in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Senior Manager – Application Operations to ensure stability and performance of critical enterprise applications. You will lead operations, release management, monitoring, and incident resolution while collaborating with development, infrastructure, and security teams.

You will drive automation, observability, and best practices to deliver reliable service, improve efficiency, and scale support for business operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, engineering.
• 6+ years of experience in Site Reliability engineering or IT infrastructure.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and automation.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Knowledge of DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operational management of multiple business-critical applications.
• Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance in accordance with SLAs.
• Monitor application health, system performance, and metrics to proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Manage incident, problem, and escalation processes, ensuring timely resolution of production issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis for major incidents and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate application support activities across internal teams and external vendors where applicable.
