Job summary

Our client, a leading FMCG company in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Sales Support Executive to back the Sales function in Jeddah. The role involves preparing and analyzing sales data, maintaining reports and forecasting tools, and supporting sales targets and incentives.

You will ensure accurate customer and e-commerce master data, coordinate with Finance and Channel Management, and produce standard product listings for e-commerce customers.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent qualification.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in Sales Support, Sales Operations, Sales Administration, or a similar role.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong computer skills.
• Very good analytical and reporting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and follow up on open actions.
• Experience in FMCG, e-commerce, retail, or consumer goods is preferred.
• Candidates with experience in FMCG, Sales Operations, Sales Support, commercial reporting, customer master data, e-commerce, forecasting, or sales analytics will be highly considered.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of monthly sales targets by salesperson.
• Assist with sales force incentive calculations.
• Maintain sales forecasting tools and planning files.
• Prepare daily, monthly, and ad-hoc sales reports and analysis for management.
• Consolidate customer sell-out and stock-on-hand reports, including e-commerce data.
• Prepare reports, templates, and supporting data for monthly sales meetings, business reviews, and performance discussions.
• Maintain accurate customer data in coordination with Finance, Channel Management, and other stakeholders.
• Create and maintain standardized product listing templates for e-commerce customers.
• Maintain product information including descriptions, weights, item codes, barcodes, and related master data.
• Track master data update requests and ensure customer and product information remains accurate and up to date.
• Identify data issues that could affect order processing or sales performance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues quickly and support business continuity.
