Qualifications

• Experience managing sales teams, pipelines, key accounts, and commercial performance.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient with CRM systems and sales dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow both Corporate (B2B) and Consumer (B2C) business.
• Lead, coach and motivate the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
• Expand the company’s portfolio of services including Home Cleaning, Pest Control, Moving Services and related maintenance.
• Build long-term relationships with key corporate accounts and strategic partners.
• Lead commercial negotiations, pricing, proposals and contract closures.
• Collaborate with Operations and Marketing to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

We highly value candidates who have worked particularly within Facilities Management, Home Services, Retail, or Multi-Branch Service Operations. The ideal candidate has successfully led both B2B and B2C sales, built high-performing sales teams, developed corporate partnerships and understands how to drive sustainable revenue growth in fast-paced service environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow both Corporate (B2B) and Consumer (B2C) business
• Lead coach and motivate the sales team to achieve consistently and exceed revenue targets
• Expand the company s portfolio of services including Home CleaningPest ControlMoving ServicesMaintenance amp Home ServicesIntegrated Facilities Management
• Build long-term relationships with key corporate accounts and strategic partners
• Lead commercial negotiations pricing strategies proposals and contract closures
• Work closely with Operations and Marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
• Identify new market opportunities through market analysis and competitor insights
• Monitor sales performance using KPIs and CRM systems while driving continuous improvement

Requirements

• 8 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a Sales Management role.
• Proven success in managing both B2B and B2C sales channels.
