Job summary

Nestlé Waters KSA – Almanhal Water Factory is seeking an EHS professional based in Jeddah to implement Nestlé standards, conduct hazard assessments, and lead safety training. The role focuses on maintaining a safe workplace and compliance with ISO 45001-2018.

The ideal candidate will hold a safety-related degree, have 1–3 years of experience, and possess SAFETY Kawader certification, with OSHA/NEBOSH or equivalent as a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in health and safety field.
• SAFETY Kawader certificate.
• OSHA/NEBOSH or HSE/OSH certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement all EHS policies and procedures in compliance with Nestle standards.
• Performs inspections and evaluations to identify workplace hazards.
• Investigates accidents, documents and analyzes data for corrective actions.
• Performs ergonomic assessments of work spaces and recommends changes to reduce discomfort.
• Collaborates to reduce loss events and promote a safe working environment.
• Provide safety training as required.
• Preparing emergency response plans.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 45001-2018 standards.

Nestlé Waters KSA – Almanhal Water Factory (Position based in Almanhal Water Factory - Jeddah Industrial Area)

Job Purpose:

In this position you will be responsible to maintain a EHS and comfortable working environment by ensuring adherence to the company policies and Standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement all EHS policies and procedure in compliance with Nestle standards.
• Performs inspections and evaluations to identify and analyze workplace hazards that can result in harm to people, property and the environment.
• Investigates, documents, and photographs accidents and incidents; compiles and analyzes data to prepare reports containing findings and recommendations for corrective action.
• Performs ergonomic assessments of work spaces, reviews employee work processes, and recommends changes to reduce workplace discomfort.
• Works with staff and others to reduce the frequency and severity of accidental losses, and achieve a workplace environment committed to safety and loss prevention.
• Provide safety training as required .
• Preparing emergency response plans.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 45001-2018 standards.
• Adhere to the Nestle EHS rules and procedures at all times during the working hours to ensure own and others safety.

Experince & Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelore Degree in Occupational Safety, Risk Management or Related field.
• 1 – 3 years of experience in health and safety field.
• SAFETY Kawader certificate.
• OSHA/NEBOSH or HSE/OSH certification is a plus.
