Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role in retail.
• Knowledge of various sales techniques and methods (cold calling, networking, social media).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets or quotas.
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
