Job summary

Zahid Industries is seeking a seasoned Sales Leader to head branch sales operations in Riyadh. You will drive sales targets, train the team, and maintain high customer satisfaction while developing market opportunities and steering profitability.

The role requires strong English and Arabic communication, a sales-driven mindset, and at least 5–8 years of experience in sales within related equipment sectors. This is a full-time on-site position in Riyadh.

Qualifications

• Educational Qualifications & Certifications: University Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with a sales background.
• Language Skills: English and Arabic.
• Experience: 5–8 years in sales, preferably with similar equipment.

Job description

• Lead the Branch Sales operation in order to achieve Department objectives.
• Contribute to the achievement of Depot sales and profit targets.

• Train and coach sales team.
• Lead market awareness and development activities

Key Accountabilities

• Meeting or exceeding annual budget targets.
• Monitoring daily sales department activity for maximum productivity.
• Recommending fleet unit additions based on market demand and availability.
• Recruiting and upgrading sales personnel to meet market needs.
• Meeting annual sales objectives set by Management.
• Conducting professional sales negotiations with prospective customers.
• Providing necessary training and counseling to staff under supervision.
• Monitoring UDC report and recommending corrective actions.
• Monitoring KPIs of sales reps and conducting quarterly assessments.
• Developing new business opportunities and customers.
• Following up on sales rep call reports.
• Designing and implementing strategic sales and business plans.
• Building and promoting strong customer relationships.
• Presenting sales, revenue, and expenses reports to management team.
• Identifying emerging markets and market shifts.

Knowledge, Skills and Aptitude

• Educational Qualifications & Certifications:University Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering to relevant major with a background of Sales Engineer
• Knowledge:Finance background
• Technical Skills:Electrical knowledge/background .Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
• Language Skills:English and Arabic
• Experience:A minimum of 5 -8 years of experience in Sales, preferably in similar types of equipment.
