Napco National Company is seeking a sales representative in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, to sell a broad range of products and maintain professional relationships with customers. The role involves handling orders, CRM/JDE entries, new account openings, and regular collections while ensuring compliance with company policies.

• Minimum High School degree.
• Acceptable English Level.
• Acceptable Computer Literacy.
• A minimum of 1 to 2 years’ experience in similar and related field.

Responsabilidades

• Sell the widest range of company’s products for assigned customers based on group channel guidelines.
• Provide feedback of competition activity and suggest retaliation if needed.
• Prepare special order requests (Prices, Designs, approvals, Orders, MOQs) and obtain approvals from Customer & Company.
• Prepare SPO in full quantity produced to customer without leaving stocks at warehouse unless approved by Sales Management.
• Collect invoices according to company aging policy.
• Prepare documents for market visits or business reviews before going to the market.
• Maintain professional business relations with customers.
• Revisit Lost customers and seek opportunities to regain business.
• Open new accounts on JDE or CRM and ensure all required documentation (VAT, CR, National Address, CIS, etc.).
• Transfer max number of accounts to ECOM online platform, train customers, monitor performance.
• Detect and register new potential customers in area based on CRM.
• Sell all potential customers with appropriate product line mix by closing GAPs.
• Handle customer complaints and report to sales team leader.
• Prepare QRAs on JDE or ECOM and discuss with Team Leader.
• Enter customer orders into JDE, ensuring compliance on CDs, CLs, or prices.
• Submit daily collection for distributor or accountant.
• Issue returns for quality issues or wrong orders with approvals.
• Report customer problems to Team Leader when unable to resolve.
• Review monthly customer collectibles with Team Leader and conduct SAFs, matchings, or write-offs.
• Conduct balance confirmations 3x per year and obtain customer signatures.
