Metalock Engineering Group is seeking a Sales Engineer for our On-Site Machining Service to promote and sell field engineering solutions to oil & gas, petrochemical, power, steel, marine, and industrial clients worldwide.

The role blends technical sales with project coordination: you will visit sites, prepare technical proposals and cost estimates, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with engineering and operations teams to achieve sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in technical sales, industrial services, rotating equipment, maintenance or field machining services in the same region.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering is required.
• Experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, power generation, steel, or heavy industrial sectors is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Promote on-site and Shop Machining services.
• Conduct customer visits, technical presentations, and site assessments.
• Review customer inquiries, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to develop technical and commercial proposals.
• Prepare quotations, tender submissions, and cost estimates.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms within company guidelines.
• Monitor project execution to ensure customer satisfaction and identify additional business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, quotations, opportunities, and customer interactions.
• Achieve individual sales targets and support company growth objectives.
• Participate in industry events, exhibitions, shutdown planning meetings, and customer networking activities.
