Haji Husein Alireza & Co. Ltd. in Jeddah seeks a Sales Coordinator to support the Branch and Showroom Managers in clerical work and logistics. You will coordinate with the sales unit and customer relations, survey market sales movement, and prepare invoices and reports.

The role requires fluency in English and Arabic, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Secondary Certificate minimum.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the same field.
• Excellent oral & written communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Good communication and negotiation skills with customers.
• Good knowledge of modern sales methods.
• Ability to complete sales documents at required speed.
• Ability to multitask and handle more than one task at a time.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate with all concerned of sales unit and customer relations and commit to company policy and procedures.
• Support Branch Manager and Showroom Manager in all clerical work and logistics.
• Survey sales movement and provide periodic report.
• Conduct vehicle reservations and cancellations in coordination with Logistics Department.
• Prepare customer invoices and warranties with Logistics Department.
• Update pending and sold deals in filing system and train sales team to perform filing procedures.
• Prepare and update walk-in follow-up reports weekly with sales executives.
• Gather sales reports and prepare sales forecast after market survey and provide monthly report.
• Prepare invoices, update sold and lost information.
• Perform calculations, quotations, transfer requests, and cheque receipts.
• Offer ideas and suggestions that contribute to sales development.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct vehicles reservations I cancellations in coordination with Logistics Department and Stock ard when necessary
• Prepare customers involces and warranties in coordination with Logistics Department.
• Update pending, and sold deals in filing system and train sales team to perform filing rocedures.
• Prepare and update walk-in follow up reports weekly in coordination with sales executives.
• Gather acquired sales reports, and prepare sales forecast after surveying sales movement compared to market, and provide monthly report.
• Prepare invoices, update sold and lost information.
• perform calculations, quotations, Transfer requests, and Cheque receipts.
• Offer ideas and suggestions that contribute the sale development and constructive perceptions.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
