Job summary

Smiths Detection is seeking a Sales Administrator (KSA) to provide essential sales support for the Saudi Arabia market. You will assist the Sales Manager with new business and existing customers, prepare commercial and technical responses, and help develop the territory pipeline.

You will coordinate across departments, track leads and orders, and contribute to proposals and demonstrations. Fluency in Arabic and English, and experience in SAP/Sales CRM, are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not essential.
• 2–3 years experience in sales administration.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; SAP and Sales CRM experience preferred.
• Strong communication, teamwork, planning and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales Manager (KSA) with sales administration for new and existing customers.
• Prepare commercial and technical responses for market verticals and territories.
• Track leads, opportunities and follow up to close items.
• Monitor order status, shipments, invoicing and payment milestones.
• Coordinate with Programs and Service teams for deliverables.
• Arrange demonstrations, participate in trade shows and prepare quotations.
