Job summary

Almarai is seeking a sales administrator in Riyadh to optimize the distribution and sales of its product range in the designated area. You will conduct route sales sessions, monitor performance, and provide coaching to the sales team to drive growth and ensure orders are processed on time.

The role requires a Diploma in Business Administration or related field and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. A competitive package, generous leave and medical coverage are offered.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in sales or distribution is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct effective sales sessions and provide exception-based performance reviews and coaching.
• Perform all route sales-related administrative and office functions accurately and on time.
• Monitor, analyze, and report route and customer sales performance within the assigned territory.
• Lead regular performance review meetings and provide constructive feedback to the sales team.
• Ensure all customer orders collected by field sales teams are submitted to Sales Logistics on a daily basis for timely processing.
