Job summary

Tasheel Finance seeks an organized operations professional in Riyadh to manage referrals across SNB branches and portals, ensuring complete data and timely progression through the Tasheel app ecosystem.

The role collaborates with sales, underwriting, and support teams, maintains status across systems, and generates performance reports while ensuring adherence to SOPs and processes.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and validate referrals submitted through SNB branches and referral portals.
• Ensure data completeness and accuracy before processing or escalating.
• Maintain and update referral status across systems.
• Coordinate with Activation Sales Officers, call center, underwriting, and operations teams.
• Track referral progress and follow up on pending actions through Tasheel Back office.
• Submit application exceptions if needed to relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure calling clients who submitted their application app, and make sure they complete their journey within Tasheel App
• Assist clients in obtaining the necessary steps/documents to book their application
• Escalate operational issues and bottlenecks in a timely manner.

Reporting & Performance Tracking

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly referral performance reports.


• Track conversion ratios, turnaround times, and booking volumes.


• Share performance insights with management and project stakeholders.

Process & SOP Compliance

• Ensure adherence to approved SOPs, SLAs, and project workflows.


• Support implementation of process updates and system enhancements.


• Maintain documentation related to workflows, reports, and controls.

Stakeholder Support

• Respond to internal queries from SNB teams, sales, and operations.


• Support preparation of demos, screenshots, and training materials when required.


• Assist in onboarding new users and explaining system usage basics.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Referral to Submission conversion rate.


• Submission to Booking conversion rate.


• Booking turnaround time (TAT).


• Conversion and booking support effectiveness.


• Timeliness and accuracy of reports.


• Issue resolution and escalation efficiency.
