Job summary

The Saudi Investment Bank (SAIB) is seeking a role focused on supporting sponsorships, partnerships, and loyalty programs to boost brand visibility and meet business goals. You will organize client events, manage resources and ensure adherence to policies and processes within SAIB's framework.

Collaborating with internal teams, you will plan major campaigns that showcase SAIB's offerings to target audiences while following defined guidelines and continuously seeking improvements.

Responsibilities

• Support sponsorship and partnership plans for SAIB, finding suitable partners, managing contracts, and boosting brand visibility.
• Organize key client events by activation campaigns, setting event guidelines, managing event finances, logistics and ticket distribution.
• Document and support loyalty programs to keep customers and improve their satisfaction, aligning with SAIB's objectives.
• Work with internal teams to plan major events and campaigns that highlight SAIB's offerings and brand values to target audiences.
• Understand and follow guidance to complete assigned tasks ensuring alignment with sub-functional goals.
• Utilize allocated resources efficiently to complete tasks as per standards and within process boundaries.
• Comply with established policies, processes, and procedures to ensure work accuracy and consistency.
• Address simple, recurring issues independently while escalating complex challenges to stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies in routine activities.
• Actively participate in predefined development initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Additional duties and responsibilities assigned through the bank’s process as deemed necessary
