Job summary

Esnad Contracting is seeking a Safety Officer to join our team in Jeddah. You will implement health and safety requirements across the project site and conduct daily safety inspections to identify unsafe conditions.

You will monitor activities for compliance, follow up on observations, and participate in risk assessments and PTW processes to ensure a safe working environment and continuous safety improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Safety Officer in construction or infrastructure projects.
• NEBOSH, IOSH, or OSHA certification.
• Good knowledge of occupational health and safety standards and regulations.
• Experience in site inspections, risk assessments, and Permit to Work (PTW) system.
• Strong communication, reporting, and teamwork skills.
