Job summary

KBR, Inc. is seeking a Rotating Technician II to maintain rotating equipment and mechanical systems to required standards at a Saudi facility.

The role includes installation, maintenance, and repair of rotating equipment in a high-hazard environment in line with SATORP standards. Responsibilities include allocating maintenance activities, supervising teams, organizing resources, obtaining work permits, and ensuring SAP data accuracy, safety practices, and cross‑department coordination for

Qualifications

• 4–6 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance (Diploma/Bachelors).
• Strong technical understanding of maintenance management of Oil & Gas Facilities.
• Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills.
• Proven leadership skills with large organizations.
• Ability to work under pressure and resolve problems.
• Strategic management skills.
• Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Allocate maintenance activities to various Technicians and assemble the team.
• Supervise all ongoing jobs and update the progress to Foreman.
• Organize manpower resources, equipment’s and materials availability.
• Arrange necessary work permits before starting of work.
• Provide technical advice to Technicians to use proper tools and equipment’s.
• Co-ordinate with Operations, Maintenance Planning and Technical departments to execute and complete the job.
• Ensure that SAP data input, history and actual hours are maintained.
• Attend daily and weekly maintenance progress meetings.
• Maintain strict compliance with SATORP standards and guidelines.
• Ensure the compliance of safe work practices, hazardous work regulations and PPE usage according to SATORP standards.
• Encourage reporting of Near miss, unsafe conditions and acts.
• Participates in Safety audits.
• Attend the Safety and Technical training as scheduled.

• Minimum 4-6 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance – Diploma/Bachelors.
• Strong technical understanding of maintenance management of Oil & Gas Facilities
