Job summary

KBR is seeking a Rotating Specialist in Saudi Arabia to support field construction and maintenance activities on rotating equipment within Oil & Gas projects. You will receive instructions, operate specialized tools, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

The role requires engineering qualifications and extensive experience in rotating equipment, with leadership capabilities to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams in a multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in engineering required.
• Minimum 12 years’ Oil & Gas maintenance experience with Diploma.
• Minimum 10 years’ Oil & Gas maintenance experience with Degree.
• Expert in Rotating Equipment and maintenance leadership.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; proven leadership in large organizations.
• Able to think strategically and work in a multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive jobs, work instructions, drawings and specifications from Supervisor and perform work.
• Use right tools and operate heavy-duty equipment from Central tool room.
• Operate basic machine tools (grinder, power saw, drill press, threading machine).
• Perform installation and maintenance per SATORP procedures and guidelines.
• Carry out testing (Hydro, Pneumatic, etc.).
• Receive necessary work permits before starting work.
• Maintain safety standards and good housekeeping.
• Ensure jobs are completed to quality and schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Receives jobs, work instructions, drawing, and specification as required from Supervisor and perform work.
• Use right tools and equipment for the job and operate heavy-duty specialized tools taken from Central tool room.
• Operate basic machine tools such as grinder, power saw, drill press, threading machine, etc.
• Perform all the installation and Maintenance works as per SATORP procedures and guidelines.
• Carryout necessary testing (Hydro, Pneumatic, etc.)
• Receive necessary work permits before starting of work…
• Maintain strict compliance with SATORP safety standards.
• Perform good Housekeeping during and after completion of jobs.
• Achieve completion of jobs to quality and schedule according to company standards and requirements.
