Job summary

KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) seeks a Rotating Supervisor to organize and supervise daily maintenance activities in the assigned area, ensuring safety and timely completion. You will allocate maintenance tasks to Technicians, supervise ongoing jobs, arrange resources and permits, and provide technical guidance while coordinating with Operations, Maintenance Planning and Technical departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of Oil & Gas maintenance experience.
• Minimum 8 years of Oil & Gas maintenance experience with a Diploma.
• Strong technical understanding of maintenance management of Oil & Gas Facilities.
• Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills.
• Proven leadership skills with large organizations.
• Maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems.
• Ability to achieve business results in a multi-cultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Allocate maintenance activities to Technicians and assemble the team.
• Supervise all ongoing jobs and update Foreman on progress.
• Organize manpower resources, equipment and materials availability.
• Arrange necessary work permits before starting work.
• Provide technical advice to Technicians on tools and equipment usage.
• Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance Planning and Technical departments to execute and complete the job.
• Ensure SAP data input, history and actual hours are maintained.
• Attend daily and weekly maintenance progress meetings.
• Maintain compliance with SATORP standards and guidelines.
• Conduct toolbox talks before commencing work.
• Ensure compliance with safe work practices, hazardous work regulations and PPE usage.
• Encourage reporting of near misses and unsafe conditions and acts.
• Participate in Safety audits.
• Attend scheduled Safety and Technical trainings.

KBR is looking for rotating supervisor who can organize and supervise the daily maintenance activities in the assigned area based upon schedule. Ensure all the activities are carried out safely, effectively and within the time frame.

Responsibilities

• Allocate maintenance activities to various Technicians and assemble the team.
• Supervise all ongoing jobs and update the progress to Foreman.
