Job summary

Hudson Manpower Inc. seeks a dynamic Sales Engineer with hands-on experience in rotating equipment to drive sales for workshop services in the Oil & Gas sector in the Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia.

The role focuses on developing new business, managing key client relationships, promoting repair, overhaul and maintenance services, and coordinating with engineering and workshop teams to deliver projects on time and to client specifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in sales of industrial services, preferably in Oil & Gas.
• Experience in GCC/KSA market is an advantage.
• Good understanding of maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) services.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell workshop services including repair, overhaul, and maintenance of rotating equipment.
• Handle sales and service activities related to rotating equipment.
• Develop new business opportunities within Oil & Gas, petrochemical, and industrial sectors.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and submit technical commercial proposals with engineering and workshop teams.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Coordinate with planning, execution, and estimation teams for project delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and tenders.
