Job summary

Eram Talent seeks a Senior Rotating Equipment Engineer to lead analysis, design, and maintenance of rotating machinery in the oil and energy sector in Saudi Arabia.

You will develop maintenance strategies, perform root cause analyses, and ensure compliance with local and international standards while collaborating with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams to drive reliability improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in rotating equipment engineering within the oil and energy sector.
• Deep knowledge of the design, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of rotating machinery (pumps, turbines, compressors).
• Strong familiarity with industry standards and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
• Prior experience leading projects or teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and maintain rotating equipment across facilities.
