Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or project management (internships included).
• Basic understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, PMBOK).
• Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, MS Project).
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a multicultural environment.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
• PMP or CAPM certification is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in defining project scope goals and deliverables with senior management.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation sheets.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for project execution.
• Track project progress against milestones and provide status reports to stakeholders.
• Identify potential risks and issues, propose and implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate communication between team members ensuring clarity on roles and expectations.
• Support budget tracking, expense reporting, and procurement processes.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation including meeting minutes and action logs.
• Assist with post-project evaluations and capture lessons learned for continuous improvement.
