Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing detailed project plans including timelines and budgets.
• Serve as a point of contact for clients and provide regular project updates.
• Work with project teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation such as meeting minutes and status reports.
• Identify potential risks and help develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor deliverables to meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning amp Coordination Assist in developing detailed project plans including timelines resources and budgets
• Client Communication Serve as a point of contact for clients providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns
• Team Collaboration Work closely with project teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of activities
• Documentation Prepare and maintain project documentation including meeting minutes status reports and project schedules
• Risk Management Identify potential risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies

• Budget Management Assist in monitoring project budgets and managing costs to ensure projects stay within financial constraints

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor s degree in Civil OR Architect Engineering.
• Experience: 20 years of experience in a project coordination or similar role (preferably in engineering, construction, or consulting).

• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
