Job summary

Oxydata Software is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Support Engineer to provide hands-on support and maintenance for critical IT infrastructure at our Riyadh site. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in IT/CS, fluent English, and 2+ years’ relevant experience.

You will support Windows, Linux, AD, networking, and cloud-related tasks, ensure ITIL-aligned processes, and deliver high-quality service within SLAs while documenting activities and collaborating with local and regional teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
Fluent English (oral and written).
Minimum 2+ years in IT Infrastructure/Support roles.
Intermediate Windows client knowledge.
Basic Windows Server and Active Directory knowledge.
Basic Linux knowledge.
Intermediate networking knowledge.
Basic Microsoft 365 knowledge.
Basic printing services knowledge.
Basic Android device knowledge.
Familiarity with ITIL processes and Agile methodology.
Basic cybersecurity knowledge.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Maintain and support critical IT‑managed applications and systems to ensure business continuity.
Deliver IT support services within SLAs to meet KPIs.
Assist with IT‑related change requests and projects affecting local or regional operations.
Serve as IT focal point for the business and manage stakeholder satisfaction.
Maintain and update technical documentation, SOPs and knowledge articles.
Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards and audits.
