Job summary

Oxydata Software is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Support Engineer to provide hands-on support and maintenance for critical IT infrastructure at our Riyadh site. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in IT/CS, fluent English, and 2+ years’ relevant experience.

You will support Windows, Linux, AD, networking, and cloud-related tasks, ensure ITIL-aligned processes, and deliver high-quality service within SLAs while documenting activities and collaborating with local and regional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
• Fluent English (oral and written).
• Minimum 2+ years in IT Infrastructure/Support roles.
• Intermediate Windows client knowledge.
• Basic Windows Server and Active Directory knowledge.
• Basic Linux knowledge.
• Intermediate networking knowledge.
• Basic Microsoft 365 knowledge.
• Basic printing services knowledge.
• Basic Android device knowledge.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and Agile methodology.

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Support Engineer to provide hands‑on support and maintenance for critical IT infrastructure at our Riyadh site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support critical IT‑managed applications and systems to ensure business continuity.
• Deliver IT support services within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to meet business KPIs.
• Assist with IT‑related change requests and projects impacting local or regional business, including infrastructure, desktop, applications, and security.
• Serve as the IT focal point for the business, providing regular IT service reports and managing stakeholder satisfaction.
• Maintain and update technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and knowledge articles.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and audit requirements.

Requirements

Must-have:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Fluent English (oral and written).
• Minimum 2+ years of experience as an IT Infrastructure Support Engineer or Infrastructure Support Engineer.
• Intermediate-level knowledge of Microsoft Windows clients.
• Basic-level knowledge of Windows servers and Active Directory services.
• Basic-level knowledge of Linux systems.
• Intermediate-level knowledge of computer networking.
• Basic-level knowledge of main Microsoft 365 applications.
• Basic-level knowledge of printing services, including label and laser printers.
• Basic-level knowledge of Android devices.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and Agile methodology.
• Basic knowledge of IT cybersecurity, such as application security and access management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Nice-to-have:

• Oral proficiency in Mandarin.
• Oral proficiency in Arabic.
• Experience supporting IT infrastructure in a regulated or multinational environment.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
