Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Previous site engineering experience preferred.
• Strong reading of engineering drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities on site and coordinate with crews.
• Ensure work complies with approved drawings and technical specs.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Monitor progress and report regularly on site status.
• Enforce health, safety, and quality control procedures.
• Identify and resolve technical or site-related issues to avoid delays.
• Prepare daily/weekly site reports and maintain project documentation.
