Job summary

Areeb Human Resources, on behalf of our client in Riyadh, seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead complex operation, maintenance or construction projects. You will oversee financial, managerial and operational functions, ensuring alignment with objectives and schedules while coordinating with Area, Regional and Headquarters teams.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in PM or engineering, PMP is desirable, and you bring 10+ years of relevant experience, with stadium projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in PM, Civil/Mechanical or Construction Management.
• PMP or similar certification is desirable.
• ISO 9001 or Six Sigma training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial, managerial, and operational functions of the project contract.
• Manage and control project budget within approved limits.
• Ensure availability of spare parts, materials for uninterrupted operations.
• Implement and monitor preventive maintenance program with records.
• Supervise senior personnel for high performance and efficiency.
• Coordinate with Area/Regional/Headquarters for consistent execution.
• Oversee site operations to meet schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Promote safety, discipline and professionalism across project sites.
• Facilitate training and development programs to raise team competency.
• Conduct regular project status reviews and submit progress reports.
• Optimize manpower utilization and role assignments.
• Evaluate performance and provide constructive feedback to management.
