Job summary

moomoo KSA seeks an experienced leader to design and scale the licensed advisory business in Riyadh. Reporting to the CEO, you will structure client portfolio frameworks, oversee suitability, and build a high-performing advisory team while ensuring CMA compliance.

You will oversee governance, risk controls, disclosures, and client protection standards, and coordinate with Compliance, Risk, and product teams to localize wealth tools for Saudi users.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of advisory and capital markets experience.
• 5+ years in people management.
• CMA fit-and-proper requirements.
• Fluency in Arabic and English required.

Responsibilities

• Advisory Governance & Suitability: design risk profiling and suitability frameworks.
• Portfolio Construction: structure asset allocation strategies and model portfolios.
• Disclosure Standards: review and approve advisory disclosures, fee structures, conflicts of interest logs.
• Policy Enforcement: collaborate with Compliance and Risk to maintain a zero-breach environment.
