Job summary

HungerStation | هنقرستيشن in Riyadh is seeking a Senior Rider Operations Manager to lead delivery efficiency and rider satisfaction while ensuring regulatory compliance. You will own KPI dashboards, manage the rider experience, and supervise the rider and dispatch teams with established SOPs.

You will steer budgeting, project planning, and OKRs for the division, coordinating with stakeholders to enable scalable growth and improved service quality across the delivery network.

Qualifications

• 6 - 8 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of relevant software and tools for route optimization and tracking.
• Leadership and team management

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize delivery processes to improve efficiency and rider satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and governance.
• Manage rider equipment, uniforms, and communications.
• Monitor and control rider-related costs while maintaining service quality.
• Develop KPI dashboards and report rider operations performance to senior management.
• Lead rider operations team and dispatch with SOPs and SLAs.
• Oversee rider pay, earnings, and incentives.
• Coordinate onboarding and training for riders.
• Manage budgeting, project management, and divisional OKRs.
• Engage stakeholders and maintain relationships.
