Job summary

HungerStation, part of Delivery Hero, is seeking a Product Operations professional in Riyadh to drive cross-functional collaboration and operational excellence. You'll work with Product and Engineering to ensure features are tested before go-live and manage vendor integrations to enable platform go-lives.

You'll develop KPIs with Operations teams, build dashboards in Tableau/Looker Studio, and continuously optimize processes while managing project plans and budgets.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of operational experience in e-commerce/tech industries.
• Strong problem-solving and hypothesis formulation skills.
• Experience analyzing API payloads for accuracy and integration.
• Proven ability to build and improve operational processes.
• Strong project management and prioritization skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with multi-functional teams.
• Solid data analytics experience; Tableau or Looker Studio is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work with Product and Engineering to test features before go-live.
• Build stakeholder management to handle business requests.
• Participate in OKR planning and product discovery.
• Understand KPIs and deliver value with Operations teams.
• Enable vendor go-lives through integrations.
• Support POS API integrations with Engineering and Vendor teams.
• Analyze data and track progress; build dashboards.
• Continuously assess and improve operational processes.
• Manage budgets, forecast costs, control expenses.
• Provide regular reports to senior management.
• Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovations.
