Job summary

Jotun Saudia Co. Ltd. in Riyadh seeks a Sales Coordinator - Retail to provide administrative and sales support to the retail sales and marketing team, coordinate across regions and stakeholders, and help ensure customer needs are met while driving KPIs.

The role reports to the Area Sales Manager - Retail and requires a diploma or bachelor’s degree with 1–2 years in sales support; fluency in Arabic and English; and a proactive, organized approach.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in Sales Support.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and sales support to the Retail Department Head, including preparing/updating reports and coordinating with regions and stakeholders.
• Support sales staff by following up on DSO collections to support liquidity.
• Coordinate between Sales Manager, sales personnel and other stakeholders for timely information flow.
• Convey external inquiries and information effectively.
• Coordinate with Customer Service on price variations and keep the credit file up-to-date.
