Job summary

Jotun Saudia Co. Ltd. in Dammam is seeking a Senior Sales Executive - Retail to support the Area Sales Manager in promoting decorative products and building strong customer relationships. You will work to achieve sales budgets, margins, and timely payments while expanding market share.

The role requires 3–4 years of Retail Sales experience, fluency in Arabic and English, and strong MS Office skills. This position is based in Dammam and reports to the Area Sales Manager - Decorative.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing preferred.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in Retail Sales & Business Development.
• Fluency in Arabic & English – both verbally and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Introduce and sell decorative products to allocated customers and territories.
• Execute sales policies and marketing activities to support growth.
• Maintain good relationships with dealers and customers; update CRM.
• Ensure profitability by selling high value products and expanding retail network.
• Coordinate retail information and respond to inquiries on priority.
