Apparel Group is seeking a Leasing Coordinator to support its real estate team in sourcing, evaluating, and securing retail spaces across GCC markets. You will help negotiate lease terms, manage LOIs, and coordinate with landlords to ensure smooth documentation.
The role involves market research, site visits, tracking lease dates, and collaboration with legal, finance, and store planning teams to align leasing actions with growth plans.
This position is responsible for supporting the real estate team in sourcing, evaluating, and securing retail spaces across designated markets. The role includes negotiating lease terms, maintaining lease documentation, and assisting in expansion and renewal strategies to support the company’s retail growth.
