Job summary

Lenskart is seeking a Senior Retail Operations Leader to oversee multi-store operations across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, driving sales, profitability, customer experience, and regulatory compliance.

You will lead Area/Store Managers, standardize store operations and service standards, optimize inventory and workforce productivity, and support new store openings. Arabic and English are preferred; a Bachelor's degree in Business or Retail Management is expected.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in retail operations (optical/eyewear experience preferred).
• Strong multi-store experience across KSA (Saudi Arabia).
• Proven track record in sales growth and team leadership.

About the role

Lead multi-store retail operations across KSA, driving sales, profitability, customer experience, operational excellence, and team productivity, while ensuring compliance with KSA regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own sales, revenue, profitability, and key retail KPIs across stores.

• Lead and develop Area/Store Managers and frontline teams.

• Ensure consistent store operations, SOPs, VM, and customer service standards.

• Drive optical excellence, including eye-testing quality and customer experience.

• Manage manpower, rosters, productivity, attrition, and performance.

• Control inventory, shrinkage, stock availability, and operational costs.

• Monitor customer KPIs, complaints, and service quality.

• Support new store openings, expansion, and location development.

• Ensure KSA regulatory, Saudization, and licensing compliance.

• Use retail data and analytics to identify gaps and drive corrective actions.

Ideal Profile:

• 7–10+ years in retail operations; optical/eyewear experience is preferred.

• Strong multi-store/multi-city KSA experience.

• Proven track record in sales and team leadership.

• Strong commercial and analytical skills.

• Proficiency in Arabic & English is preferred.

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Retail Management or a related field.
