Job summary

Lenskart is seeking an Area Operations Manager to lead our Saudi Arabia retail stores. The ideal candidate has 7–8 years in retail operations or brand management, with a track record in driving sales, operational excellence, and customer experience across multiple locations.

You will ensure brand standards, manage store teams, and collaborate with marketing and supply chain to optimize product availability and customer engagement while complying with local regulations.

Qualifications

• 7–8 years of experience in retail operations and/or brand management.
• Strong understanding of the KSA retail market and customer preferences.
• Fluency in English & Arabic is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store performance, sales targets, and profitability across multiple locations.
• Drive operational excellence and ensure brand standards and store execution.
• Lead store managers and frontline teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Identify partner opportunities and manage end-to-end tie-ups.
